Welcome to FIXERA, a task management platform owned and operated by Masstech Ltd. By creating an account, accessing, or using FIXERA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the platform.
By registering for a FIXERA account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Masstech Ltd and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You must notify Masstech Ltd immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use FIXERA lawfully, professionally, and in good faith. You shall not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with system operations, or use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
You remain responsible for all information, documents, images, videos, comments, and other content that you upload or submit through the platform. You confirm that you have the legal right to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
FIXERA, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Masstech Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to users except the limited right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with the FIXERA Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such collection and processing.
Masstech Ltd will use reasonable efforts to keep FIXERA available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
Masstech Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masstech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use FIXERA.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Masstech Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Masstech Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of FIXERA after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
